Start with the work. Then connect the tools.
Your people should not have to change every system to improve one workflow. We start by understanding how work moves today, then agree exactly where Atria Office can help.
Map a real request
Choose a recent example with your workflow owner. Identify who requests work, who reviews it, who fulfils it and how the requester knows it is finished. Record where information gets lost, which steps wait and which exceptions require another decision. Use sanitized examples during discovery.
Build your service inventory
List the products, editions and accounts your team uses for identity, calendars, chat, HR, service tickets, knowledge and business records. Include spreadsheets and manual steps. For each service, identify its administrator and the exact actions the pilot needs. A provider name alone does not establish that those actions are supported.
Agree a small scope
Choose one workflow and a named pilot group. Define the starting state, the outcome, the systems involved, the data allowed and the success measures. Separate supported operations, customer configuration, manual steps and any extension work. Confirm the commercial scope before live account setup.
Authorize the right access
Your administrator authorizes the selected account and permissions. Company sign in is configured separately from ordinary application connections. We start with a bounded read, confirm the account and map the required records. Any write is reviewed for its destination and effect before it is run.
Verify the outcome together
Test the normal path, rejection, missing information, access boundaries and provider failure. Confirm the resulting state in the source system. Start the pilot after the workflow owner accepts the evidence, then compare completed and unsuccessful cases rather than counting only favorable results.
Make the next decision with evidence
Review adoption, active effort, waiting, follow ups and rework. Decide whether to expand, revise or stop. Agree support, export, retention and disconnect responsibilities before a wider rollout. Hosting locations and customer data requirements are selected and verified for each deployment.
Plan your next step
Tell us about the workflow and systems involved. We will review the fit before proposing a pilot.
