Potential value / transparent assumptions

Fewer subscriptions.
Less chasing.

For a hypothetical 100 employee company, 100 deskbird Business users, five Freshservice Growth agents and 50 Asana Starter users total approximately CAD $1,612.30 a month at an assumed 1.40 CAD per USD. That is CAD $19,347.60 a year of subscription spend to evaluate, before an Atria quote and transition costs.

Only cancellable subscriptions create cash savings.

This example assumes all three subscriptions serve only the overlapping workflows and can be retired after acceptance. It is not a replacement recommendation or a measured customer result. Clear any tool you would retain, already receive in a bundle, use for deeper features or cannot cancel. A freed seat without a bill reduction saves no cash. Taxes are excluded on both sides.

1 / Select the subscriptions you could retire

Selected by default only for the hypothetical example. Enter the actual billed quantity; volume discounts and enterprise quotes may differ.

Price source and scope
Price source and scope
Price source and scope
2 / Enter the complete costs
3 / Model the effort separately

Illustrative assumptions to validate in the pilot. Count only coordination time removed after allowing for Atria administration, retained tools and the new process. Keep that time separate from subscription savings.

01 / Fewer places to start

One request path.

Employees can find bookings, support and operational requests in the same product instead of learning a separate intake route for each. Measure repeat entry and misrouted cases.

02 / Fewer loose handoffs

An accepted next step.

Owners, deadlines and completion evidence can reduce forwarding and status chasing. Meeting changes flag linked guest and service arrangements for review.

03 / Fewer separate processes

One operating pattern.

Shared identity, case history, review rules and work queues can reduce duplicated setup and training. Retained tools still need their own administration and integration maintenance.

Prove the savings before expanding.

Inventory current contracts, map required functions, run the same cases, measure time and errors, then retire only the tools that pass the replacement check. Compare actual recurring invoices after cancellation. Existing systems that stay in use contribute zero assumed subscription savings.

A wider view of employee work

The value lives
between the steps.

A room reservation, a software request and an equipment handoff involve different records. Atria gives the people doing that work a shared way to follow ownership, decisions and outcomes.

01

A place to ask.
A way to get it done.

Bring workplace bookings and employee services into one product experience. Give operators a case owner, next action, dependencies and completion evidence.

Follow a service request
02

Approval is a decision.
Fulfillment is the outcome.

An approved software request still needs the appropriate external action and evidence. Atria keeps those stages distinct and supports an accepted handoff between responsible people.

01 / Workplace platforms

Make the office
work better.

Microsoft Places, Zoom Workspace Reservation, Envoy, Robin, OfficeSpace, Appspace and Eptura cover different combinations of space, visitors, communications, facilities and utilization. Some also provide request workflows.

Atria's value: connect employee intake to ordered review, an accepted handoff and evidence of fulfillment across departments.

Review workplace alternatives
02 / Enterprise service suites

Run complex
service operations.

ServiceNow, Freshservice and Jira Service Management already provide substantial request and workflow capabilities. Enterprise governance, ITSM depth and service commitments can be important reasons to choose them.

Atria's value: evaluate the shared employee experience for workplace bookings and operational services, with a bounded implementation scope.

Review service alternatives
03 / Workflow builders

Build the process
your team designs.

Power Automate provides building blocks for connected workflows. The employee interface, case behavior, permissions, licensing and maintenance still need an owner.

Atria's value: start from existing employee modules and shared workflow rules, then configure and validate the exact operations needed.

Review the builder approach
04 / Departmental tools

Do one part
in greater depth.

BambooHR, Workvivo, Confluence, MaintainX, Procurify, Zylo, Expensify, Qualtrics and Asana overlap with different Atria modules. Several are substantial suites with specialist functions of their own.

Atria’s value: coordinate the employee work in one product where the implemented scope is sufficient. Retain authoritative HR, accounting, maintenance or other specialist functions where needed.

Review every feature
Ask every vendor to demonstrate the same request.

Request software. Route the decision. Hand it to an accountable operator. Record the external fulfillment. Have the employee verify the outcome. Compare the steps, permissions, evidence and full proposed cost.

Evaluate a bounded Atria pilot when one coordination problem can be proven with a smaller agreed implementation scope. Lower cost or faster delivery needs a real quote and evidence.

What to verify in a demo

Compare the specific applications, implementation, administration, AI usage and service commitments. Atria is not a complete ServiceNow replacement.

CAD

Paid yearly, plus tax. Process is CAD $203.50/bot/month. Licensing depends on the flow and usage model; implementation and other Microsoft services are separate.

Why consider Atria

What to verify in a demo

Include interface development, identity, licensing rights, maintenance and recovery ownership in the comparison. Do not license only the flow maker by assumption.

Our “Why consider Atria” notes are Robopioneer's assessment, not claims that a vendor cannot implement a workflow. An omitted feature is not proof of absence. Product names identify alternatives and do not imply endorsement or partnership.

Choose with evidence

A stronger fit
for the work you need.

More modules are valuable when they remove a real coordination gap. Prove that fit with the people who own the process.

Start with Atria when

The hard part is
between departments.

  • Employees need bookings and services in one experience.
  • Requests need ordered review and accountable ownership.
  • Fulfillment needs evidence rather than another status update.
  • A focused pilot can validate the necessary operations.
Keep a specialist in view when

The specialist capability
is the main requirement.

Consider a workplace platform for deep utilization, portfolio or device needs. Consider a mature service suite for extensive ITSM, enterprise controls and support commitments. Consider a builder when your team wants to design and maintain the solution itself.

Atria's hosting, support coverage and customer controls are agreed for the deployment. It does not currently establish SOC 2 certification or a blanket enterprise uptime SLA.

Review deployment and security boundaries
  1. 01 / Map the work

Bring one sanitized example, its owner and a service inventory.

  2. 02 / Compare the setup

Ask for the same workflow, full quote and required permissions.

  3. 03 / Verify the outcome

Test access, exceptions, actual fulfillment and recovery before expanding.

Questions worth asking

Make the comparison
work for your team.

Is Atria Office only for desk and room bookings?

No. Its 24 business modules also cover employee services, equipment, access requests, private employee cases, purchases and operational work. The shared case model connects owners, ordered review, accepted handoffs and completion evidence.

How much could we save by consolidating tools?

The example selected stack totals approximately CAD $1,612.30 per month at a planning assumption of 1.40 CAD per USD. That is potentially cancellable spend, not net savings. Subtract the complete Atria quote, retained costs and transition work. Count each subscription once; time released is reported separately.

Is Atria always cheaper than the alternatives?

That depends on your scope and existing licenses. A narrow booking need may cost less with another product or an entitlement you already own. Compare the complete workflow, setup, add ons, infrastructure and ongoing support. Atria pricing is a scoped quote.

Do workplace platforms also handle service requests?

Some do. Robin, deskbird, OfficeSpace and others publish workplace request features, while service suites provide deeper workflow capabilities. Ask each vendor to demonstrate your full request, decision, handoff and fulfillment path in the proposed package.

Can Atria replace a full enterprise service management platform?

Atria is a candidate for a defined employee and workplace workflow. It does not claim the complete ITSM, asset, enterprise automation or service commitment depth of every established platform. Prove the required scope before considering a replacement.

Are all of our existing systems ready to connect?

Atria has 18 provider adapters and 69 explicit operations. We verify the account, permissions, mapping and actual operation for each pilot. A vendor name does not imply full synchronization, webhooks or automatic provisioning.

Can we keep a booking or service tool that already works?

Yes. The fit review can focus on the coordination gap around your existing tools. Any required connection still needs a supported operation and validation. Buying Atria does not require replacing every system.

How do we get an Atria price?

Tell us about one workflow and the services involved. We agree users, operations, delivery work, infrastructure and support before quoting. No subscription or account connection is created by the inquiry.
