Give every request a clear next step.
A request is easy to lose when its details live in one inbox, its approval in another conversation and its outcome in someone's memory. Atria Office brings the request and the work around it into a shared process.

A recognizable place to ask
Employees can raise a service request, supply the required information and follow its progress. Shared records carry their state and ownership. Permissions keep restricted information within its authorized audience, including the separate boundaries for private HR cases.
Review in the right order
Configure manager, named user, role or service owner review as appropriate to the process. The current review step is explicit. A requester cannot approve their own protected transition, and a material change can require the relevant decision to be reviewed again.
Make handoffs actionable
Work cases keep an accountable owner, next action, staged tasks, dependencies and completion evidence. A receiving team accepts its handoff so the sending team can see where work stands. Completing a checklist does not silently perform an action in another vendor system.
Keep fulfillment distinct from approval
An approved software request still needs provisioning evidence and employee verification. A purchasing decision still needs the appropriate receipt or fulfillment record. This distinction helps a pilot measure whether work finished, rather than whether someone clicked approve.
Connect selected service tools
Supported Jira, Freshservice, ServiceNow, Teams and Slack operations can support an agreed handoff. Custom fields, project rules and channel permissions are checked with the customer's administrator. There is no blanket promise of automatic bidirectional ticket synchronization.
Choose a useful pilot measure
Follow a defined group of requests from submission to verified outcome. Compare follow ups, active person minutes, elapsed time, rework and completion. Use the result to decide whether the process is easier for employees and operators before expanding it.
