Atria Office app privacy
How Atria Office handles account and workspace information.
Scope
This notice describes the Atria Office application. Atria is a business workspace product. The organization operating your workspace chooses its deployment, administrators, connected providers and retention requirements. The separate RoboPioneer website privacy policy covers general website and support interactions.
Account and workspace information
A configured Atria service stores account names, email addresses, workspace membership, roles, authentication information and the records people submit. Depending on the modules your organization uses, records may include reservations, service requests, employee or HR cases, expenses, approvals, messages, documents and attachments. Do not upload information your organization has not authorized you to share.
Why information is processed
The service uses this information to authenticate users, enforce workspace and record permissions, perform requested workflows, maintain audit history, deliver configured notifications and investigate operational failures. A record appearing in a search result or workflow does not give another person permission to read it.
Connections and optional AI
Your organization configures external identity, calendar, messaging and business service connections. Requested connector operations send relevant information to those providers. When a compatible AI provider is enabled, the assistant sends the selected authorized context to that provider. Generated answers may contain errors. Provider processing locations and policies depend on the configuration selected for your workspace.
Device and companion information
The native application uses the service address and session needed to connect to your workspace. Wear and Watch companion access uses restricted paired sessions. Atria does not embed a third party advertising network in its client.
Storage, retention and requests
Workspace records, attachments, authentication records and backups require protected deployment storage. Archiving or hiding a business record is not permanent erasure. The application does not provide an automatic permanent erasure of every company record. Contact your workspace administrator for access, correction, account and retention requests. Contact RoboPioneer if you need help identifying the responsible administrator or service operator. The organization may need to retain particular business records under its applicable requirements.
Contact
Email robopioneer.product@gmail.com with the product name, your workspace reference and the kind of request. Do not include passwords, access tokens or confidential employee records in an initial support email. Updated November 3, 2026.
