Six areas.
A shared way to work.

Explore what employees and operators can do, the handoffs involved and the evidence that closes each workflow. Each product area also explains where a specialist system remains necessary.

The actual product

See the owner.
Follow the next action.

Atria connects intake, ordered decisions, accepted departmental handoffs and completion evidence. A defined pilot checks that complete path with your team and supported systems.

Shared capabilities

The foundation
behind the modules.

These capabilities support the native workflows. Configuration, supported operations, account validation, hosting and customer controls are agreed for the deployment.

See how the shared platform works

Accountable work cases

Reusable workflow templates and a typed designer; owners, next actions, clarification, staged tasks, accepted departmental handoffs, due dates, dependencies and completion evidence; My Work combines assigned cases and tasks.

Approval governance

Sequential approval paths on approval capable records, manager or service owner routing, currency thresholds, timed delegation, protected decision history and material change invalidation.

Knowledge campaigns and value studies

Current version target rosters, deadlines, reminders and receipt history; baseline and pilot observations keep cash savings separate from released capacity.

Identity and controlled access

Workspace isolation, role permissions, private records, invitations, session revocation, configured OIDC and SCIM Users. Deployment setup is required; this does not replace an identity provider.

Shared work interface

Dashboard, approval queue, list and board views, search, record detail, responsive navigation, themes and private attachments. Search is lexical; attachments have no built in malware scanner.

Traceable data and reporting

Audit events, record version conflict checks, notifications, imports with dry runs and atomic commits, permission checked exports and module insights that keep currencies separate.

Bookings and calendars

Resource policies, recurrence, no show release where enabled, availability notices, setup and cleanup buffers, bounded calendar busy snapshots and explicit publication, reconciliation and cancellation.

Recurring operations

Recurring facilities requests, service tickets and project checklists create owned cases with relative deadlines and duplicate prevention; operators can inspect safe job and queue status.

18 provider adapters, 69 operations

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Zoom, Okta, GitHub, BambooHR, HiBob, Freshservice, ServiceNow, DocuSign, Xero, QuickBooks and Salesforce. Each operation needs account consent and validation.

Bounded AI assistance

Cited answers, classification, summaries, resource suggestions, renewal extraction and workflow drafts use authorized, redacted context. Model responses require a configured endpoint; AI cannot execute connector mutations.

Deployment and companion clients

Web and desktop or mobile source, restricted watch sessions and backup or restore tooling. Signing, supported platform builds, hosting, recovery drills and customer service commitments are deployment work.

What does Atria Office offer?

Atria connects internal business work across HR, IT, finance and operations. Its 24 native modules cover employee services, access, equipment, purchasing, vendors, licenses, knowledge, projects, facilities and workplace services. Shared cases connect ownership, decisions, handoffs and completion evidence.

Do we need to activate all 24 modules?

No. Choose a defined workflow and pilot group. Agree the modules, users, supported operations, configuration, infrastructure and support that make that workflow useful.

Can we keep our existing systems?

Yes. Start by recording existing tools and data authority. Keep specialist systems when their required functions remain necessary, and validate each supported connection rather than assuming every system synchronizes.

What makes the modules work together?

Shared identity and permissions, work cases, next actions, accepted handoffs, approval governance, audit history, evidence, notifications and explicit provider operations provide a common operating pattern.

What is outside the product scope?

Atria does not replace every HRIS, payroll, bank payment, ERP, MDM, physical access, industrial control or advanced maintenance function. Each product area explains its implemented scope and replacement boundaries.

How do we get a price and a working pilot?

Describe one process, the people involved and your current tools. Robopioneer checks fit, agrees a scoped quote and validates the required accounts, permissions, deployment and acceptance cases before live rollout.
