A practical example / fictional scenario

A policy changes after people have acknowledged it

A content owner publishes revised guidance and identifies the current version. A policy campaign uses an explicit target roster, deadline and reminders to track acknowledgment receipts. An earlier acknowledgment does not count for a new publication. Employees can ask for clarification or raise an improvement through the appropriate workflow, giving the responsible team a chance to respond and record what changed.

01

Publish reviewed guidance

Keep a content owner, review state and current version. Separate a draft from guidance employees should rely on.

02

Record the response

Use version specific acknowledgment, event responses or an explicit leave decision. Keep the authoritative HR decision clear.

03

Close the feedback loop

Assign feedback review, publish a response and confirm the operational improvement. Measure completion rather than counting comments alone.

An employee onboarding checklist that connects HR, IT and workplace teams
  1. Unpublished or overdue guidance is excluded from current policy AI answers.
  2. Acknowledging an older version does not satisfy the current campaign.
  3. Campaign targets and receipt history survive a later content revision.
  4. Leave approval and feedback responses are not mistaken for external HR updates or verified improvements.
Questions about knowledge and people

Clear scope.
A useful next step.

Can we track acknowledgment of a specific policy version?

Yes. Atria records version specific acknowledgments and supports policy campaigns with target rosters, deadlines, reminders and durable receipt history. A new version needs its own acknowledgment.

Are policy acknowledgments legal signatures?

No. These are application acknowledgment records. Atria does not claim legal signature execution, training certification or a specialist compliance evidence system.

What announcements and event functions are included?

Authorized publishers can publish and archive updates, collect acknowledgments and record event responses. Targeted broadcasts, emergency notification assurance and full intranet functions are outside the implementation.

Does leave tracking calculate balances or payroll?

No. Atria coordinates absence requests and records decisions. It does not calculate accruals, statutory entitlements, balances, shifts or payroll, and it does not automatically update an HRIS.

Is employee feedback anonymous?

Atria does not offer an anonymity guarantee, survey campaign engine or minimum cohort aggregation. The module is for identifiable feedback, owned review, a visible response and confirmed improvements.

Can AI answer questions about our policies?

Configured model assistance can provide cited answers from authorized, redacted and bounded context. Current policy answers exclude unpublished or overdue guidance. A configured endpoint and a real account validation are required for model backed use.
