Follow the decision.
Verify the delivery.
Connect everyday spending requests and operational work to the people who approve, fulfill and verify it. Keep ordering, receipt, reimbursement and real financial outcomes distinct from approval.

The work your team
can follow in Atria.
Bring requests, owners, renewal deadlines and fulfillment records into one operating pattern. Choose the relevant workflows, then verify the roles, systems and outcomes in your pilot.
Purchases and approvals
Justified purchase requests, currency specific staged approvals, order references and partial or full receipt evidence.
What this helps you do
Reduce detached approval, ordering and receiving spreadsheets.
Available actions
Approve; Reject; Withdraw; Record purchase order; Record receipt; Cancel purchase.
Scope to check: No budget ledger, supplier ordering, invoice matching, accounting posting or payments.
Vendors and renewals
Vendor owners, obligations, notice deadlines, renewal review, decisions, notices and termination evidence.
What this helps you do
Reduce missed ownership and manual renewal calendar tracking.
Available actions
Start renewal review; Record renewal decision; Record notice given; Record termination.
Scope to check: No contract negotiation, legal interpretation, signature execution or automated legal notices.
Software and licenses
Track purchased license capacity, assignments, reclaimed seats and distinct financial outcomes.
What this helps you do
Reduce separate entitlement and renewal registers; distinguish a freed seat from an actual bill reduction.
Available actions
Assign available license; Record reclaimed license; Record financial outcome; Retire application.
Scope to check: No automatic SaaS discovery, usage telemetry, bill reconciliation or vendor license changes.
Expenses and travel
Expense and travel requests, approvals, payment submission references, reimbursement evidence and retry or failure states.
What this helps you do
Reduce repeated approval messages and requests asking whether reimbursement actually happened.
Available actions
Approve; Reject; Withdraw; Record submitted reimbursement; Record reimbursement; Record payment failure; Retry reimbursement.
Scope to check: No receipt OCR, travel booking, tax engine, card feed, bank transfer or payment execution.
Tasks and operational projects
Operational projects, owners, deadlines, dependent checklists, blockers, updates and evidence gated completion.
What this helps you do
Reduce copied task lists and unclear ownership between departments.
Available actions
Start project; Assign owner; Complete checklist task; Report blocker; Complete project; Cancel project; Add update.
Scope to check: No Gantt, sprint, portfolio, critical path or workload planning engine.
A team needs equipment before a project starts
A purchase request records purpose, amount, currency and cost center. The configured review path determines the next decision maker. Approval does not mean the item was ordered: an operator records the external order reference, then receipt evidence as items arrive. Related project tasks retain owners and dependencies. If the request involves software, a reclaimed seat and an actual invoice reduction are recorded as different outcomes.
Make the request reviewable
Capture business purpose, amount, currency and the work it supports. Resolve missing information before seeking a decision.
Keep execution explicit
Record the order, receipt or downstream payment reference through the appropriate authorized workflow. Preserve failure and retry states.
Check the operational result
Verify required tasks and completion evidence. Record a vendor notice or contract backed cost change only when it actually happened.
Make the next action clear.
Keep the outcome verifiable.

How to calculate business workflow software savings without counting time as cash- Currency specific thresholds select the configured review steps.
- An approved purchase does not appear received or paid.
- A reimbursement needs downstream payment reference and evidence.
- Required project tasks and dependencies gate completion; freed licenses do not automatically count as cash savings.
Clear scope.
A useful next step.
Can we configure purchase approval steps?
Yes. Configured approval policies support sequential review, manager or service owner routing, currency specific thresholds and timed delegation on approval capable records. Approved material details are protected against silent rewriting.
Does approval place an order or transfer money?
No. Purchase actions record external order and receipt evidence. Expense actions record payment submission, reimbursement references and failure or retry states. Atria does not execute supplier payments or bank transfers.
Can we manage vendor renewals?
Atria tracks vendor ownership, obligations, notice deadlines, review decisions, notices and termination evidence. It is a register and workflow, not contract negotiation, legal interpretation or automatic legal notice delivery.
Does the software module discover unused SaaS automatically?
No. It tracks purchased capacity, assignments, reclaimed licenses and separate financial outcomes. Automatic discovery, vendor usage telemetry and bill reconciliation require specialist systems.
How deep is the project functionality?
Atria supports operational projects, assigned checklists, dependencies, blockers, due dates and evidence gated completion, including recurring checklists. It does not include Gantt, sprint, portfolio or workload planning engines.
How do we estimate savings responsibly?
Count only subscriptions or seats that actually reduce a bill, and count each subscription once. Subtract complete Atria running and transition costs. Keep released staff capacity separate from cash savings and verify the result using real invoices.
